Welcome to the 2017 Hwy 62 Open Studio Art Tours Registration.

Sponsored by the Morongo Basin Cultural Arts Council, the Open Studio Art Tours (OSAT) is an opportunity for MBCAC members to showcase their creations to local, regional, and international visitors.  The 2017 OSAT will take place October 14-15, 2017 and October 21-22, 2017. All Artists are welcome to participate both weekends. However, if you choose to participate only one weekend we suggest that you choose October 14-15th if you live in the west end of the valley, and October 21-22nd if you live in the east end of the valley.

Some of the benefits to participating in the Art Tours are:

  • Your artwork is displayed in a professionally designed catalog.
  • Media and print coverage for the OSAT (local and regional).
  • Artist profiles on a newly re-designed art tours website.
  • Signage directing visitors to your studio during OSAT weekends.
  • Newly re-designed website that will include an interactive map to help visitors navigate to your studio.
  • An official copy of the 2017 Art Tours poster

Please complete a separate application for each individual artist.  All Hwy 62 Open Studio Art Tour (OSAT) artists must be members in good standing of the Morongo Basin Cultural Arts Council. Membership must be current through October 31, 2017. Please check your membership status before submitting your application.

All participating artists must be full or part-time residents of the Morongo Basin Communities.  *Please note that artists who do not live in the area, but have participated in the Art Tours in one of the last three years may continue to participate.
